1. New Management Program
Sparkle Australasia’s primary aim when taking on the management of any project is to build a strong, confident relationship with our clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

We will ensure the services we carry out are tailored for individual buildings and clients.

As part of the commitment, Sparkle Australasia will submit a detailed scope of services we could provide to Miramar. Unlike other companies we do not give our clients a vague service program. In addition, we will tailor a package designed to customize the residents needs which may include all or selected area of our expertise. A proposed building improvement and suggested building maintenance program will also be available upon on request.

2. Cost Control- Budget Compliance
Along with our management proposal, our expertise and knowledge in building management industry has enabled us to achieve cost effective without undermining the quality of services. A two year fixed contract will assist our client to set up their budget more efficiently. In additional, we will require 2 to 3 quotations of any major repairs to be submitted to Owner Corporation. We would like our clients to have confidence on what they are spending on are actually present the reliable and accurate costs.

3. Service Quality Control
Sparkle Australasia staffs are carefully chosen having met all company selection criteria. Professional image, competence and good people handling skills are what we are proud of. Performance review and complaint followed up procedure are used to assure the standard quality from our staffs and other sub-contractors. The building manager will ensure all the maintenance and repair have been done accordingly and have all service record will be kept for future reference.

4. Office & Document On Site/ A Full Time Handyman
All documents will be kept on site and the office will have full facilities to assist the residents in the building. The facilities include telephone line, fax line, photocopy machine and other office equipment.

Sparkle Australasia will provide a full time handyman who is also qualified as electrician to be responsible to fix any mechanical or electrical problem in the building. The handyman will also assist the residents with some small household repairs.

5. Monthly reporting
Sparkle Australasia will submit a monthly incident report to the Strata manager and executive committee members for their review. The report comprises the building incidents, urgent repair list, building improvement recommendation, job completion list and complaint followed up.

6. Insurance
Sparkle Australasia holds a 20 million dollars public & product liability policy and worker compensation policy.
