CLEANING SERVICES

Sparkle Australasia has always offered to our clients a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene to all the sites that we manage, through constant supervision and feedback. We ensure that the cleaning duties are customized to suit each individual building.

The cleaning supervisor will ensure the all common areas and recreational equipment of the Premises are clean, functional and well maintained. The cleaning supervisor will report promptly to the building manager or caretaker on fixtures requiring repairs and objects or materials creating a hazard or danger. All cleaning staffs will comply with and carry out all reasonable directions from time to time, given by the Owners’ Corporation, through the building manager.

LICENSED SECURITY

A professional & licensed security company ECS International will take care of the building security issues. Sparkle Australasia has been working together with ECS International since 1998. ECS International is an Australian owned firm with branches in Australia and the Fijian Islands.

Sparkle Australasia worked with ECS International in a team-oriented operation, dedicated to the customised provision of management and security services. ECS security guards working on the Premises will be well presented and be trained to handle different areas of security risks.
